Delivery time frame

95% of our orders are dispatched the next business day once payment has been approved. Then, once your Parcel is dispatched, you will be notified via an email with your unique 'Delivery Number' and Delivery details. You will also receive the Carrier's details and their estimated transit time to your address.

A large proportion of our items can be upgraded to Express Post for Australian delivery. If these are ordered before 2 pm (providing the finalised payment is received), they will be dispatched the same day and will be delivered the next business day to the 80% of business addresses, personal addresses and PO boxes that are within the Australia Post Express Network.

What happens if customer not home to receive the item?

If you are not home to receive your delivery, Australia Post or Fastway Couriers is responsible for placing a card in your letterbox advising collection from your local post office or call Fastway Couriers for redelivery.

When you go to the post office to collect your parcel, please ensure that you take photo ID and the card you received from local post office with you for easy reference.

For big items more than 30 KGs

Due to varying delivery driver schedules, we are unable to arrange preferred times for you, so it's important to be at the nominated address to receive goods. In the event you are not home to receive your delivery, a notification card will be left at the address so that you can call the courier and arrange re-delivery.

Return to sender and Lost Parcels

Australia Post and couriers may return parcels to us for the following reasons:

  • Insufficient Address
  • Given Address Unknown
  • Refused
  • Unclaimed

We will be in touch with you via email or phone when this occurs. Please be aware that resending these parcels will incur a charge towards the additional postage costs, based on standard Australia Post freight fees.

Where the address is confirmed as 100% correct we will resend the parcel at our expense. Please remember to include the company name if the goods are being delivered to a business address. does not take responsibility for parcels that are incorrectly or insufficiently addressed, however, we will do all we can to recover the parcel on your behalf. will hold returned parcels for a period of 4 weeks and will attempt to contact a minimum of three times. Where we are unable to make contact with you, the order will be cancelled and a credit placed on your account for the amount of the goods only (freight & handling cost will NOT be credited). This credit can be used towards another order.

Lost Parcels send all parcels by AUS POST OFFICE or COURIERS with tracking number, so the customer could track your orders at every stage of the delivery process, but things happened, we believe that sometimes a parcel may go missing. If this is the case, we will launch an investigation with Australia Post. This can take up to 7 business days to be resolved.

We understand that sometimes such parcels are intended as gifts and required by a certain date. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by the delay, but cannot resend goods or provide any kind of remuneration until this investigation is resolved. In the event the goods cannot be located, will resend them where possible via only. Alternatively, a refund may be available upon request.

It's important to remember here that POST parcels can be signed by any adult at the delivery address. So, if it is a work address you have nominated then it's a good idea to check with reception or your mailroom.

If the parcel cannot be found, we will send out a replacement or provide a full refund depending on which your preference.

Recipient’s Obligation

 At the time of shipment delivery, the recipient’s obligation is to evaluate the parcel.

 At the presence of courier 

Point it out to courier and inform that you want to check the content of the shipment. Sign for receiving your shipment and along with courier carry out shipment content evaluation.

Your signature confirms that the content of the parcel has been delivered without damages.

 After courier has left 

If you found the content of the parcel is damaged which you didn’t notice that at the presence of courier, please keep the damaged content as well as all the packaging. Contact us immediately within 24 hours and we will provide information for parcel insurance claim. If the parcel was delivered by Australia Post, you will need to go to the Post Office to claim the insurance. We will arrange refund or replacement after received your reference number of the insurance claim.   

If the recipients can't fulfil their obligations we won't be able to process a full refund for their purchases, However, a partial refund may be made at our discretion.
